Hey All,
Where has anyone had good luck selling equipment at? I was going to make a post here too but wanted to see where else anyone has had luck. Anyone ever do anything through a broker? Our dryer is old, but works like a charm and I would like to get a few bucks for it. Let me know if anyone has some ideas. Thanks guys.

Digitsmith is definitely the place to be for selling used equipment.

There is a one time fee for a year of being able to list equipment on there, but its well worth it for the exposure and costs a lot less than a broker would.

Wel, an ad here is still free and it can only increase your odds :)

Start with a post here at TSB so I can see what you have. I may have interest if the condition, size, and price meet my specs.

digit has free ads still, but its overrun with brokers. seems like alot more users are here

sold my dryer on digitsmith and never paid for anything.

I believe that if you pay a fee, that will put your ad as a sticky. On a top of the listings.
I did post a few times and never paid anything.

I post a lot on Digitsmith and don't pay. I think that all new members since last year have to pay to post used equipment.

i was thinking the same thing. I've posted stuff a ton of times, and had never had to pay

Same here, I think I was grandfathered in.

Well that's weird. When I was listing my dryer, I couldn't find a way to post without paying the fee.

yeah i just got an email from someone there telling me i had to pay to post. 49.99 for a year. that will be a last resort i guess. haha. its not like i have something that good to sell, just an old dryer! ill post an ad here and go from there with it.

Guys, check with Alan. I believe he was/is a moderator on Digitsmith.

I've had a few guys that have contacted me because they didn't have the option to post without paying but there should be a button that says "post new ad" in red in the top left portion of the screen when you open the section you want to post your ad in.
-
Here's the window I am presented with after clicking the post new ad button...

Yeah, that's what I remember seeing as well.
