Title: Epson 3880 OEM chips and questions

I'm eagerly awaiting arival of a new Epson 3880 for printing separations with Accurip.  A few questions:

I've ordered  refillable carts from inkjetmall, but they need OEM chips affixed.  Where can i find some chips or empty OEM carts for sale?   (nothing on ebay today).  (id rather not canabalize the new carts coming with the machine and ebay those)....

Do most folks run all 9 carts with black ink, or just a few and the others carts with cleaning fluid?

our kit for the 4800 came with chips. I have seen them for sale on ebay without the cartridges too. Might want to try that too.

We run only one black and the cleaning solution in the other cartridges.

Curious....why run 9 vs 1 cartridge?    Is it speed with 9 Vs  quality with 1 ? (oh the age old conundrum)
