Has anyone been able to reach Anatol in the last 5 business days? I've tried direct #s with voicemails, the main line and several extensions & email. Possibly they are closed due to weather but there aren't any notices on their phone line system or email? First voicemail was left last friday between 4-5 pm.

We have been able to, just talked with our rep yesterday. We are having another storm last night/today but that is past the timeframe you are looking at. I actually JUST called the main number to make sure it worked and I got an answer at 9:44 AM east coast time.

We are up and running and haven't been closed. As I know we don't have any telephone problems. I am having our IT department checking the phone line to make sure there is no issues. Ok, to further help your IT you can pass along that the voicemail was left on your phone # @ 4:45 last Friday ( I was only calling that late in the day on a Friday as I didn't receive a call back from earlier in the week about the platens we've been waiting on for weeks). Second one was left at 2:56 on Tuesday. Urich's voicemail was yesterday morning around 9am. Tried calling this morning at 8:15 2 times, once on your #, and once on Vicki's line (guess that is who is assigned as the operator).
