Hey All,
I have read a lot of posts concerning dryer times, lengths, temps as it relates to ithe ever changing world of polyester garments and waterbase inks
I am proud to announce at Atlantic City ISS Brown Mfg will be running:
EKO ink onto polyester garments without a dye blocker. Cure time:30 seconds
Silicone onto Digi print polyester: Cure Time : 12 seconds
Endurance white direct to polyester (no dye blocker) cure time: 25 seconds
Kornit digital prints: Lights cure time: 2:00 Darks Cure time: 3:45 seconds
Water base/hsa/discharge: cure time 40 seconds
All of this will be run through an oven with a 5' chamber. Brown manufacturing's Fire Fly technology is faster, more accurate than a gas dryer nearly 3-4 times its size.
Don't believe it, stop by the booth anytime for a live demo, have a ink type in mind or a troubling garment, bring it with you. Lets see what the Fire Fly can do!
Thanks for the support on the board and I look forward to proving the technology behind the Fire Fly.
