Title: Cool Gray 11 cad-cut?

Anybody know where to get numbers in custom colors, or at least the material to make my own?  I really don't want to do transfers or direct print, but maybe I have to.  THANKS!

I'm sure that any transfer company would print them for you in plastisol. The quantities, of course, would establish the terms.
As for cad-cut films, that is a very dark gray that would find very few other buyers.
