Frog, Dan and Pierre have agreed to let me join and we have all agreed to let
the past die.
They wanted me to keep the name so people would know we're not trying
to hide anything.
We will be playing nice.

welcome!
-
Thank you. :)

Yep, I'm looking forward to you driving here, just not under the influence this time around! ;D
As long as you're here in introductions, describe your shop setup. You just grew a bit, didn't you?

Thank you Frog for your kindness.
A year ago we expanded from 1,500 sq. ft. to 3,000, all heated and cooled. Working here we have my
wife and I full time and our 4 children part time with various hours.
We have a 6 color manual press, a 2 color Lawson auto and a 6 color Brown auto. Plus a embroidery
machine, 3 hot presses, 2 conveyor dryers, 3 flash dryers, vinyl cutter, and a T-jet that we have had
for 10 years and ready to retire it.
That's the main part. Just ask if you need anything else. 8)

Welcome! How do you like the Lawson? Is it a Mini Max?

The press is a Trooper XL 2 color 6 pallets that we bought used 5 years ago. We got it
for a good price and it gave us a good ideal of what we would need for our main auto.
The Lawsons are the next step above a manual. They are simple to set up and operate.
We set it up ourselves without any prior knowledge. You can take it apart and rest it up
in a hour. We now use it for 1 color no flash prints.

Oh snap. There goes the neighborhood.

Thanks. I've been getting a better reception than anticipated. I'm sure there

I really didn't do anything but I was friendly to someone.

HAHA... that's a very polite way of putting that. :p

hey, I said i wasn't dredging anything up...just saying that it wasn't up there with telling somebody a good emulsion remover is bleach and ammonia mixed...which is toxic
-
I better quit replying and let the past be the past as was agreed on. :-X
-
I remember, but let bygones be bygones. I'm wary, but I'll probably get over it... happy for your growth, hope it continues for you.

I just want to know who is responsible for bringing me over here. They did it semi-anonymously.
You can pm me if you don't want the rest of the forum knowing it's your fault. ;)

I do remember this one...I had an old...i mean 1985 old dryer that I needed the schematics to and Crazy Mike had them. Or he snapped a photo of it, I can't remember.
Huge help for us.

My son rewired ours and had made a diagram. I wound up selling that dryer to a broker in Michigan. :)
