Post by: allyeds3 on September 13, 2011, 10:16:59 PM
1596 pieces. Black on assorted. Leg prints and back prints. Split between. . 4 hours. Manual presses. No other help except dryer catcher. I think it was good. Ya?

Is there a typo in your post?

Said press(es) and black (one color assumed).  Assuming the Leg and Back were tallied in the 1596.

My math says 1596 / 2 (presses) = 798 / 4 (hrs) = 199.5 per hour / 60 (mins) = 3.35 a min.

It's cranking and a grind, but with the mentioned dryer/catcher, sounds do-able.  Providing my math and the story match.

1600 pieces on a manual in 4 hours, I don't care how many you have, that's good time!

That is good time, and makes me thankful for an auto.

Even when the stupid air on it it jacked up and is frustrating as hell.
