We print so many different inks and materials here, that we need to standardize our dryer temps and speeds.

I'm going to work up a PDF over the next week for our different dryer settings. We have two sprint dryers, and we work with all inks (WB/DC/Plastisol/Silicone/LowCure/etc...).

Aside from stretch test, wash tests, and scorch tests should I include for each ink?, or what should else should check for?

I'm especially paranoid of WB inks on triblends tees, as they always seem to be shrinking.

For those using the new Fire Fly technology

 Waterbase/Discharge: 330 Time: 45 seconds

Plastisol cotton inks: 340 Time: 40 seconds

Plastisol polyester: 290 Time: 25 seconds

 Silicone: 250 Time: 20 seconds

Or just scan the word on the screen, and the Fire Fly will take over
