Welcome Robert (I never thought that I'd say that but that's a little inside humor)
Along with Rocky, you're part of One Strokes' recent veritable invasion and occupation of TSB. That's a good thing though.

About the only knock I've ever heard on your product is lack of widespread distribution.

Thanks Frog,

I am on here to learn, take the good and bad feedback and offer advice if needed. Seems like a great group of people, and knowledge is power when it comes to the Screen printing world. Seen a few of my customers on here and just wanted to be a part of a great community.. Thanks for the welcome !

hey I use one stroke too and asked my rep about why they dont and was a good story as t why they do not.  The story I was told is that a long time ago the did have distributors and they would have end customers calling them up about the ink and coverage issue and such.  when they had asked for the batch # they had found out that a distributor was "watering" down the ink and reselling as the same product.  so this is why the only sell direct.

Well, back in the early days of my business, a local shirt distributor, California Shirt Sales also conveniently sold some basic supplies, including One Stroke Inks. I liked their cotton white and shimmers way more than the white chalk and metallics from Union at the time.

Hi AAUUSA ,

And Thank you for your welcome ... First thing is... I am NOT going to try and sound like a sales rep here ..lol.. But one of the best perks to OSI is.. We will Always replace, credit, or fix ANY Ink of ours .. No questions asked ! If you choose to use us .. you will always be taken care of. With this said when our owners took over the company 18 years ago, There were a lot of issues that needed attention. One being distributors. We pulled all the distributors and just shipped everything from Louisville, KY.. And re built OSI from the ground up. We our still considered a small company and believe strongly in Customer attention and providing the best inks on the market. Maybe one day down the road distributors will be an option .. But as of today it is not . Our Owners want to do things the right way and not get so big that our product will suffer ..

I hope this puts a little light on that subject. And yes Frog we have some awesome Metallic colors..
