Title: Photoshop Elements and Corel Painter Essentials
Post by: Frog on April 12, 2015, 03:33:01 PM
Curious if either of these streamlined programs have any use in a screen printer's arsenal. Do they do any of the things we use Photoshop or PhotoPaint for?
I always assumed that they were just minimal photo re-touch aids.

They actually both came bundled with a Wacom tablet.

Don't know about painter or photo"paint", and to add the that, I think photo paint is a different program all together than Corel "painter",  either way, Photoshop Elements does allow you to make use of or (try each function out), but I believe you cannot save the file such as as a psd doc. And use the file for anything.  Can't save at all, from what I think I remember.
