How do you set the default font in Corel X6? Thanks

Here's a guide to changing CD X6 defaults.

The short and sweet answer is whatever font you have set when you go to Tools/Save Settings as Default
Here, I chose Bauhaus just to illustrate the process.

Duhhhhh I knew to save the default setting for pages but did not even think about using it for fonts. Thanks

Well I could not get it to save as default and the guide had nothing on default fonts..... Anything else????

so you're saying that if you type something in comic sans, and then do the Tools/Save settings as default, then close out, it does not default to Comic Sans when you open a new drawing? (Opening an existing drawing doesn't do it)

Using the guide I posted earlier:
Go down near the bottom and look for Expand the Artistic Text then go to the last section Make Your Change Default
