...could they be onto us? I can open their webpage but not the design lab. Here is a link a customer sent me, can you guys try it and see who can/cannot open?

Worked fine for me. Just click on the photo of the design and it opens it right up in design mode.

No sweat in Chrome for me.
I did have problems with some other stuff last week and was told to clear my cache and that did the trick.

Not only can open it but they keep sending me reminders that I have designs just waiting for me to improve my life with :D

...weird. I keep getting the following error:
The webpage cannot be found
HTTP 400
Most likely causes:
•There might be a typing error in the address.
•If you clicked on a link, it may be out of date.
What you can try:
Retype the address.
Go back to the previous page.
Go to and look for the information you want.
...using Internet Explorer, think that might be it?

They are on to YOU!!
Worked fine for me, lol.

It is different there now, it seems you used to be able to see the price from the link your customer would send; I don't see that anymore...

It's true, they were never close to our price...

No problem opening it here but custom ink needs to alter there pocket placement design area. It looks like it's getting closer to the armpit area.

That's an actual pocket.

My bad, I didn't have my glasses on and was still in a caffeine deficit so I didn't see the actual pocket, lol.

I hate that crap. Had a client send me some link and they emailed me every day for 2 straight weeks...

I always found it interesting, how different the positions are of what we often call a " pocket print" and an actual pocket.

I think the main difference is pocket prints are in the same place on every shirt while pockets are sewn on at random locations, angles, and sizes. Been doing lots of comfort color pockets recently and holy crap are they inconsistent...

Pockets are, however, consistently lower that where I would place a similarly sized print.
