I wanted to take a brief moment to introduce myself and my company. My name is AJ Halford and I am the owner of Marcodie USA. We manufacture automatic carousel and oval screen printing presses with much more to come in the near future.
A few of you already know me and for those that do not, I started in the industry back in 1989 and I worked for quite a few places doing everything from catching shirts, manual printing, art, sep's running autos, managing shops and everything in between. I started my own shop in 1999 and did contract work, over time we grew into offering supplies and equipment under the name Northstar Graphix Inc. In 2014 we grew some more and acquired Marcodie,we have since setup our machine manufacturing here in Texas.
I truly hope we can be of some benefit to this board, since it has benefitted us so much in the time we have been lurking here. (Personally, I have learned so much from some of you guys over the years going back to the early days of Scott's old board that I really hope to repay that in some way going forward)
If I can help in any way or answer some questions please do not hesitate to contact me and I will be glad to help the best I can.
I hope to get to know more of you guys in the discussions and topics to come.
See ya around the board????

Hi !
I like your scorpion press, look awesome.
Does it accept Newman roller frame with no issue ?
Just my opinion, that should be great if there could have more photos of the machine.
cheers

AJ: Welcome to the TSB Community. It's great to have increased manufacturer and supplier participation. I'm looking forward to following your posts and meeting up in person at a trade show or other event sometime soon. I also hope that you will post some additional information on Marcodie's range of screen-printing equipment.

AJ, here's my formal welcome for you as Marcodie, though, of course we've been board buds for years.
btw, I, for one, am looking forward to a brief history of the company over in the equipment section.

Welcome!
I am always excited when a new company throws their hat in the ring. It "ups" the competitions game, and we the printers typically win in the long run from that!
I think you know I've tipped 1 or 2 people of to you in the last few months. I do have one question I haven't been able to get a answer on though, and your welcome post isint the place to get it. PM if you would when you have a free minute.
Again, welcome!
