Title: Weird Problem
Post by: cbjamel on May 13, 2015, 09:02:58 PM
Ok I have been printing since 1998, and this is weird. I think I have had this way back. But I don't remember what it was. 2 different screens and ink. What am I missing?
Thanks,
Shane

Did you just sharpen your squeegees or put new ones in?

I've had this before too... if I remember correctly it was a combination of printing with brand new squeegees, in the morning so they were cold, and  really low pressure...

however, they were clearing the screen just fine, so I ran with it... it went away after everything got moving.

were you having print problems?

I just bought a squeegie sharpener, we get this too. doesn't effect the print at all for us so we chalked it up to a razor sharp blade  8)

Yep, sharp blade edge.  Looks like a brand new smiling jack to me, ours do that for about 100 strokes when the blade edge is at it's sharpest, which is supposed to be around 25 microns if I remember correctly.
