Title: Light Tables
Post by: LoneWolf2 on June 19, 2015, 02:00:29 PM
Hey folks,
Where are yall getting your light tables from?
Looking to get something a little nicer than my home made POS to use for aligning films for the triloc setup, but haven't been able to find anything that seems suitable.

Where are you located? At my full time job we might have a big (I believe Nuarc) light table that we might sell.
We are in Cleveland Ohio.

search for "light table" with the quotes included to get rid of all the random results that include both words anywhere in the post (like every garage sale and furniture deal ad ever).

We have a giant one we never use anymore, a NuArc, probably a good 40 years old. The one we do use is homemade, smaller; my partners' Dad made it for us (a gifted woodworker, RIP) about 20 years ago. I would never think of buying a commercial one again except for dirt at an auction.

Steve

I have a couple of pretty large flat files too, dinosaurs.
