nice :)
out of curiosity: what's the reason for running the squeegee all the way? (looking at your squeegee marks)

Noticed that too, seems like these would need a good wash before giving to a customer or risks getting some complaints (unfounded or not).

HOLY PALLET MARKS BATMAN!! :o

I was expecting something more like this (http://i.imgur.com/tlq1PL1.jpg)

i was expecting something like this for mixing small amounts of ink or something: http://e.invodo.com/media/lib/134/video/R58LM37J/480x270_pre.jpg (http://e.invodo.com/media/lib/134/video/R58LM37J/480x270_pre.jpg)

that gave me a chuckle, got to have a sense of humor to get by every day with the stresses of work & life ....

i could be wrong, but i'm assuming it's just because the presses tony is working on do not have any prox stops.

Ya' know sometimes this forum reminds me of the Supreme Court.
Missing the total intent, a sample of a well executed piece of blended artwork, while concentrating on 'other', the fabric mass compression marks.
Yesterday the Supreme Court exhibited, IMHO, a moment of clarity when interpreting the ACA for it's intent, not the use of the word state in the legislation.
I expect this will get booted for being 'political' when the political reference was used as an example.
Nice Blend Tony!

Thanks all. To clarify the pallet marks are a classic example of wrong press/pallet/squeegee combination. Due to time constraints option to make custom squeegees for that project was not an option. We just steam them off no worries.

Not a bad comparison Greg, but I'll point out that The Shirt Board was initially established to get away from the person that many may consider our Antonin Scalia, LOL!

my comment about the stroke length was actually a little more curious than anything... as in... maybe you run the squeegee all the way to keep the ink mixing more in the screen -- easier to add ink while printing (I know, I know, not the safest thing to do, but we all do it), etc...
and I did start my post with 'nice :)'

Baby Blender.
30 more days. Can't wait.
She sent us an ultrasound last week that was UNbelievable. You can almost see his little eyelids.

Congratulations! Also yes the blend job ran on the old school GT.........No stroke adjustment

Ha! I'm loving my old GT!
I do have stroke limiters, but they clamp down with threaded "box rod handles" (wheat truck terminology) and I wish I could source some cam levers. (Kinda slow...)
I have to manually set the proximity sensors, but it works!
The bearded wonder called 'ol Dad last night with the AC broke down on his International combine. I'm currently in Backyard Air Conditioning Technician Rehab, but when I release myself, (say....around 5 tonight) I might have to drive to Okiehoma to wave some magic wands to avoid enlarging the ozone hole. ((rolleyes))
And Tony, just like you told me, we CAN run WB Disch on these old machines (NOT THE COMBINE!) without being able to leave a thick layer of flood. The mesh clears pretty well, and there just isn't a whole lot of ink in the mesh to let coagulate, as long as you keep moving.
Thanks for the gratulation! I'll have to practice up calling my wife "Grandma."

When printing wb/dc through high mesh we set squeegee speed to max (this one goes to eleven) and like to give a few inches
before print start.

the basic of basic machines being used today to produce fine quality work, that's craftsmanship people.
