White Base
flash
Black
Warm Red - or orange shade red of choice
yellow
Highlite White
I would not worry about the very small amount of blue in the metal.

Base light beige 200 mesh. (305 mesh on top colors). People look to the lower s mesh these days but for sim process, I'm looking for blending and not coverage. You can do S mesh on just the base.
- Flash -
Yellow
Old gold
Blue
Black
It can be done in different ways and still look good so yes, you can do this.

We could print this in 1985 on wood screens. Unless you use a set that is 20+ n/m out from each other then yes. i would also suggest double bevel squeegees
