On printing large jobs how long on average should/does a screen last before breaking down?
-
I've never had one break down, but we've also never done really long runs. Biggest run we've ever done was 10K and those screens held up without any sign of weakening.

And if you are concerned, there are hardeners you can wipe on after development and drying.

and post exposure will help too, especially if your emulsion is an SBQ, that's a tip I got off of Ulano's Paul Drago, great tech support. our screens almost never break down, correct exposure is key.
