A while back you were talking about a new product the would be out early last year I believe. It would do away with the dip tank. Did that come out? Still in the works? Any details?

He's been working on the Bimm Ridder Suite with the bottomless keg. Priorities, Man. Priorities.

i've been thinking about this thing a lot recently because we are so far behind in screens...

I was talking to our CCI rep about automated screen cleaning systems that they sell and I had an idea to build one. Fairly simple in design, it all comes down to the proper chemicals and I believe CCI IW-107 is the number. dip tank filled with that on a modified circulating pool style filter/pump. maybe an airline inside the tank for the agitating bubbles. drop in the screens. turn it on, 2 minutes later power wash it and repeat.
I have to get more automated than bodies, I can't count on people anymore. I'd rather fix more equipment than deal with stupid excuses.

We've been using Saati's ER-2, and it's been working pretty great.

Been on ER-2 too, for two years now. Loving it.
