I've been using an Epson 4900 for little longer then a year now and I think it's dead. :(
I tried power cleans, the windex paper towel in printer, and so on to no luck. ugh!
Looking to buy another printer. Was told that the T3270 is a good one. 5 cartridges sound nice too!
Any one got one and using it for films?
I use accurip as well and hoping it works with this printer.
Wondering if I could use them for films and printing photos on nice paper as well?
Thanks for any info!

Just saw this printer mentioned the othwr day somewhere for films. Seems like a workable option. I would look into support for it in whatever rip you are using (if any). I also think you will spend a lot less on a used 4800 or 4880 or even the 7--- series printers. From what I have read the 4900 has significant issues versus the older models.

Thanks for the info. I use accurip and found out today that it is supported. That printer (t3270) is really expensive for me since living in hawaii. Shipping to us is a crazy expensive. Found out from the user that this printer is really good for printing films, it's kinda designed for architecture and such. Also a really fast printer. Not sure what I'm going to do yet. Might just buy the epson 1430, haha. But sure is nice to have a huge area for design/s.
