Any body tell us the best polywhites  in wilflex and one stroke range 100 percent migration control.

I would think that 100% migration control would no be possible to say for anyone.  Properly set parameters on your flash and dryer help but with the variant shirt manufacturers out there to say 100% guarantee is not possible.  With that said the ink with cure ranges below 275 degrees would stand your best chance.  Xenon Mustang series cures at 260 degrees and would fit that parameter.
