There was a post about loading shirts that I cannot find so I'm starting a new one, if someone wants to they can move this.
Last year I visited Alan in Austin on my way to ISS Long Beach.
I am posting a short video of him demonstrating his flip loading .

I`m doing flip loading since 1999, probably a bit earlier actually.
Any other way stinks.

Since 1988, only way I've ever done it. As I have said many times, I incorporated it mostly as an aid to spotting defects as both sides are now seen (albeit briefly)

Doing it for a week and loving it! It took a couple days for my mind to accept it but wouldn't do it any other way now. It's the most efficient way of loading imo

Someone posted this method a short time after I got the automatic. It made loading so much easier. I have an adjustable table to pull from, so everything is always at the same height. Much easier on the back. Although I can't get my wife to change. And of course, I best not be telling she's doing it wrong. I want to stay married.

I was printing shirts this morning and remembered this video. It baffles me how quickly he is loading shirts. Even if I try my best, I ALWAYS run into two problems.
1. Shirts don't "open" like that. Sometimes they'll get stuck on my platen and it takes me a while to fix it
2. They are not even. Maybe they're a bit to the left or to the right or even a bit sideways, especially when "1" occurs
It takes me two or three times as long to insert a shirt. I can't even pick it up from the stack nearly as fast as he is doing it. Insane!

this day felt like I was standing still... once we had everything dialed we were able to run these at 900/hr. Poor sportsman indexer was maxed out... couldn't go any faster.
