Title: New Balance wicking

We have printed a few NB MENS NDURANCE ATHLETIC T-SHIRT   wicking tees lately and are having no luck with a pallet tack they lift almost like they have teflon on them, Have you had a similar problem and have a solution

unfortunately spray tac has been the only option that has worked with these for us.

yea we have got by with warming the platens and spray tac with 1 colour designs , the one I have now is a 3 colour on dark which is making me a bit nervous .

Have you tried the Tekmar TB-EZX?

We have been using it for about a year and love it....

I have been using the TB-EZ for about 6mo. and I second the motion, I'm assuming it's the same thing Colin is using.  Love it for performance materials as well as other things that have problems with pallet adhesion.

Just figured this out in the last couple of months.
Colin or another tech may of mentioned in an earlier thread,
"WATERBASED" tack. Makes all the difference in the world for some odd or designed reason.
We use Tekmar.

Yea..what we have been doing is printing them on the manual. We have not had really large orders for these but usually around 50. A little more control on the manual.

On the auto we would lose about 1 in 5 and i was getting pissed.LOL

I had the same issues until I started using Tekmar TBEZ. Works like a dream.
