How would you print this?
We did it with a White base on 230 and a the Yellow on a 305 screen.
The color of the photograph is out but there is not enough coverage of the shirt.
We used a 55lpi screen.
The photograph on top is the customers graphics.
The bottom photograph is the print, the color of the photograph is not good, it does look yellow.

Serious fade issues

wait, Arise and Shine? Did you print like 2000 pcs of just smalls?
I would re-work your underbase. Use the shirt to get your fade on the outer part at the top. probably no base up there with a yellow printed directly on the shirt that fades. Really halftone your base or eliminate it in places,

Looks also like your halftones didn't rinse out due to improper exposure or density of your positive (or maybe linearization of your rip)
-
agree with others on the base not being properly linearized/curved to account for gain etc.
More importantly: Arise and Shine?!? God I hope you know this client personally in some way and everything is kosher, but that is THE standard scam art. I don't know how you were paid, but I would be very careful monitoring your bank account and hope you don't see a chargeback due to the card being stolen or have the check bounce in a few weeks... yikes!

Thanks for the feedback.
I was hoping for more feedback on what screens you would use.
The print actually looks much better that the photograph I posted, maybe I should have posted the customers graphics without my print.
The customer has approved the sample, I think I will make another screen with the solid areas of yellow at the bottom. Not the top two "leaves" and print this part twice.
Mooseman don't worry these guys are kosher, it's a Christian organization that has a annual conference in Jerusalem every year. We've been working with them for years.
The order for this design is for 1500 shirts and another 1000 of a design we did last year, plus 1800 bags. Great order.
