Title: Next Level Envy shirts
Post by: 3Deep on August 27, 2015, 02:27:19 PM
Need a little help here we have some Next Level Envy Green Tees I would like to use white discharge on, but my first attempt ended in a bone white not what I want...anyone point me to something else besides going regular plastisol.  I would like for these to have a soft hand as most Next Level shirts we print have been discharged.

They make the Envy color in their 100% cotton, the poly blend and also the tri-blend, do you know which fabric content you're working with?

We have the triblend 50 poly 25 cotton, 25 rayon, we printed this blend before but in a different color and they worked fine.

triblends are always iffy.  some colors work great, some suck balls.  I would go with a 100% cotton if yu want a nice bright white.  The green apple color range in most styles should DC fine.

DC underbase with Matsui stretch white on top works great on triblends. Lays really flat and light and stretchy. Ink dries in the screen FAST though.

the Matsui stuff is super rough on screens too...  make sure everything is dialed in your exposure.
