I want the entire shirt to change when heat is applied, does anyone have a website I can visit?
Edit: Would it be difficult to just soak a shirt in the dye and it'd be thermochromic?

Matsui does. Here's the website and I attached a spec sheet for dyeing.

The shirt itself would have to be thermochromic, not the ink, and the armpits will be more intense than the rest of the shirt. Different parts of the shirt get different amounts of heat, depending on whether it's in contact with the skin or not; or am I misreading your request?
