Take away the contrasting color outline and the white highlights that give the letters the rounded look and what you are left with is: Serpentine Sans ICG (Bold *Oblique)

Yeah I got word back that it's a custom modified face from a marketing company. Luckily they had all the vector versions to send me! Thanks anyway ya'll!
