Title: Epson 3880 for $100 Clogged Head

Local guy selling on for $100. Says the head(s?) that feed both matte and photo black are clogged. I have some clog buster. Should I go for it? Maybe try to talk him down more since as of right the printer does not work?

Also found a 7880 for $1400 and a 7900 for $1200
