So the first one that came with the press was flat. I tried installing it and almost popped a screen and called their tech support and they said they'd send me a new one. New one came flat as well and when I called back, they told me to bend it myself. Needless to say, it's a piece of junk and doesn't do anything to keep the ink where it belongs.
Anyone also have this problem? Suggestions?

agreed, and havent had time to futz with it

The flood bar is damn near useless. Actually had 2 people at their booth one year say as much. I'll take a pic of ours when I get in.

So do you guys just stop the press every so often and move the ink back into the center of the screen?

Yes. But one thing to look at is how much of an inkwell you have. The more upright your squeegee is, the less of an inkwell you will have.
PS. The flood is the worst function needed to mess with on this press.

Curious if they use a stock one when demonstrating at shows

SO sorry I forgot about this! Totally spaced on a pic for you! We are down a press, one(main) guy gone on honeymoon, the "boss" is in the hospital, and now I have to try to remember everything! :o

Here is a pic of ours with the flood bar in. We bought 2 flood bars and both are this angle.(http://images.tapatalk-cdn.com/15/11/06/271549fe4e6d70b337e9bb9213d5e2a6.jpg)

I guess I need to adjust my squeegee angle. I don't have nearly that much room for ink
Thanks

Ha! We need to have it at a angle like that or the squeegee won't fit in the machine!
