Title: M&R Gas Dryer
Post by: GraphicDisorder on November 10, 2015, 10:18:56 AM
We will be selling our M&R Boomerang Gas Dryer in 6-7 weeks when our new Sprint 3000 shows up. If interested make me a offer. Dryer was 22k new. We run around 50-80dz a hour down this dryer depending on print size and such.  Nothing is wrong with it, belt in good shape as well. Sips gas! We are just going with a much larger dryer to accommodate 2-3 presses.

Were you to sell it in Europe and we'd be all over it!

...we have the same dryer. If you have a little flexibility in your shop layout, you can use both belts like we do. Lots of benefits for us there. We essentially have a 20ft dryer in a 10ft footprint, so we run our temps much lower than some with similar dryers using same footprint (we run ours at 340), which in turn saves energy costs. Very useful for WB/DC work too.

Check, does the new one come crated?
You could use the same crate for the old one.
Shipping is not that expensive, I have a dryer coming from China.

dryer is 60 hz and not recommended for 50 hz application. Should not be sold off shore. The certification of the dryer is only for American Gas Assiciation

Thanks Rich. I still find 22k NEW extremely cheap for a gas dryer. I would think it'd cost at least twice that

Our new dryer yes is coming in a crate so I guess we could crate it if someone wanted it shipped. Shipping cost would be on the customer.
