Does anyone know of a felt material that is able to be cad cut on an appliqué cutter? The stuff that Stahls carries doesn't come on a carrier sheet so there is no real way to apply it to the garment other than embroidering it. Im looking for something that I can just heat apply. They have flock, but I think we have a few customers who are looking for a more substantial feel.

We cut felt with our laser, so it doesn't need a carrier sheet.

PM me if you want and maybe we can cut your pieces for you?

Basically we cut all pieces, cut a "Template" out of cardboard and use tweezers to place the pieces through the cutouts of the template. Then remove the template and the pieces are perfectly aligned.
