A friend wants me to recommend a DTG that will print on darks. I have very little experience with these and she is trying to buy a used one. Which ones should she avoid and consider?

for the most part I would avoid used.  I don't have a problem with most any other used equipment but white ink can wreck a printer.

Worst case I would go refurbished with a warranty...if that even exists.
