The "basic" font is "Babylon5" or "Babylon5Hollow".  You could use either and draw in the line that give it the "chiseled" look.  The jpg resolution is so low that I have to look at each font and I've got a lot of them.  I'm still looking.

That is close, I will try doing that. I thought I remembered a chiseled font but cant find it.
