I have been asked to digitize an American flag that is around 3/4" tall. Anybody
have any suggestions as to what might work and look decent?
-
You could try Dakota Collectibles but not sure you'll find one that small. I have one about 1.5" I'd be happy to email you. Has a boarder around it.

As with fonts and clipart, members are reminded to to respect licensing and only share appropriate files here.

Mizzou;
Thanks but the powers that be decided to send it out (overseas I presume).
Frog;
Got you or in the 70's vernacular "10-4 good buddy"

Frog I don't think that the American flag is copyrighted or inappropriate. But, being fairly new I don't want to violate any laws. The design is mine though. I made it.

That would be fine, in fact great and exactly what we hope for! Our prohibition is on commonly-shared-via-forums things like licensed fonts, clipart, and in this case, digitized embroidery files.

The American flag may not be copyright, however, a digital version of it may be....Of course the creator can give their own file away if the wish too....

It's my file. I can share it with whoever I want. If Betsy Ross complains about it then I'll stop.

By the way, the Betsy Ross comment was supposed to be a joke. Sounded much funnier when I was typing it last night...
