I replace mine once a year. I don't have the instructions before me but its not difficult. BUT! please note I think you have like 15 seconds to get it changed when you disconnect the old battery.

I found a brief instruction - but I want to get a real council - who are already doing it!

It appears that it is considered a little tricky, but they give a phone number and are more than willing to walk you through the procedure. Why don't you call them with your question(s)? I bet that gets you a quicker response than a forum.

Some are very easy, some are a bit tricky, it just depends where it is in the chain and how its access. If you are unsure about anything you really should have M&R walk you through it over the phone. You don't want any info getting lost or mixed up. This can just cause more problems in the future you my be unaware of at the present moment.
