Press went down yesterday morning, I got jobs due! Had 244 on the phone in 5 minutes, press back up 30 minutes later. 244 even called me after work to make sure everything was cool! Does it get any better?

It doesn't matter which manufacturers brand of equipment you are considering, the truth is that eventually you will have a problem with it, and you will need some service and support to get the problems resolved. In our industry the Gold Standard of Service just happens to be Blue!

Amen to that brother!! We had a little weird thing happening last week with the new GT3. After a few trouble shooting things with the head of service, they flew a specialist out from New Jersey and he spent Tuesday through Thursday with us to nail down the issue, found it was just an electronic component that was bad, overnighted the part, switched it out, and spent an extra day to be on hand all day through production to make sure it was the issue. To me, that is service and why we stay with M&R! You have an awesome team Rich!!!
