Anyone have one? Thoughts? How does this compare to the M&R Eco-Tex Mini (or full size)?

did you get a quote on it? It seemed pricey for what it was honestly. It was also tough because it was sitting idle at SGIA atlanta. It was really hard to gauge how something runs when it's not even hooked up.

I did. 57k delivered and installed.

Isn't the M&R one more for screen development, less for reclaim.

I think CCI has one too. They are usually rock bottom price.

The Eco-Rinse is for screen development, The Eco-Tex and Eco-Tex mini are for screen cleaning and reclaiming.

I don't know much about this one, but I know we did the demo on the Eco Tex in Chicago when we went to M&R and it only took a couple cycles of dirty screens going in one end and coming out perfectly done for us to know it's something on our , "we want this" list. There are so many things to consider with these things. Like never having someone scrub a screen again, loosening tension, possibilities of rips or holes. Even pressure spraying from both sides to the mesh so the mesh never gets abused and pushed, to overall less handling. It was really impressive. Dave Zimmer put a screen in that had poly white on it, which I was very interested in seeing done, and damned if that thing didn't shoot out looking brand new. I think at that time they were running the EasiWay chems in it and after talking with Bill from Easiway, they say they have all their specs down on making the chem set up in an Eco Tex efficient. I know I want one as soon as we can get one. I'm so tired of hearing someone yell that their scrubby pad slipped and pop goes the S-Mesh. lol. or any of the other million things that can happen when back their scrubbing and pressure cleaning.

Rich any way of letting us know the cost of the Eco-Mini... Christmas is soon and I haven't made my list for Santa yet.

Another question. How fast are these...20 screens an hour...100, 250...

Well that's a lot more digestible. Rich, is there a video yet?

I will look into. We are in the middle of a plant move and everything is delayed until January.

No rush at all. I am just curious to see the workflow.

With the eco tex mini do the screens come out ready for drying/coating or do they come out and still require pressure wash/degreasing?

They come out to a station where you can rinse them if you would like.

Just a FYI that Ryonet seems to be selling these now. No idea about cost though.

I was quoted in the mid 60's at SGIA.

I got about that same price, minus install and shipping...
