What does everyone use for tacking down the pockets when all over style printing on fleece? We've been using spray, experimented with both web and mist, and both work but leave some staining from the solvent. It hasn't been an issue with our clients as the print covers this most of the time but we do a hefty volume of these prints on higher end hoodies and we're a little paranoid about the solvent marks.
I know corn starch + water is used on Ts for all over but never tried on fleece, assuming it wouldn't grip well enough. Our suppliers just suggested what we're already using. Maybe there's a trick to the application of the mist spray?

Jantex makes a sprayable starch based product for all over printing that leaves no residue and rinses away in the first wash.
I'm not sure of the product name off hand so call them for info 562 949 3900

Tekmar has this adhesive

We make an excellent product formulated specifically for the all over printing market. It is called TB-STX it is a starch based product that can be sprayed inside the shirt (or pocket) and dissipates when run through the dryer. Any additional residual washes away.

You can request a sample on the website

I'll call to follow up on this but Tekmar, this product will work with fleece?

Tekmar sample is on the way, Jantex's phone is disconnected. I'll report back on it but it sounds like a little extra of the starch spray might do the trick.

Nice. Calling as well. I tried dealing with jantex a while back but never got far either.
