Title: Need Service on DTG M2

Hello,
If anyone is out there that can be of assistance with service on a DTG M2 we could really use the help in getting service for our machine.  We believe some white ink has hardened in the white ink lines. We are in Dallas, TX area.  Thank you so much.

I assume that routine flushing was tried and unsuccessful.
Did you get it through ColDesi and did you call or fill out the online form for service advice?
