A vinyl ink. (Warning, some of them really stink!)

  Our main business is menu covers. Lacquer ink.

checking out nazdar and the price of the inks, it doesnt look good to do 20 menus..LOL

That's when you cheat and ask for a sample. (make sure to check emulsion compatibility as well)
