Does anyone make something like this?
-
following...
*I thought I saw something in the Matsui booth at ISS, but I can't remember how they achieved it.
-
Just saw the Wilflex one. That stuff rocks. Rutland has one as well I believe.
-
I believe Magna has a base called suede foam for that mock flock look. Check with Nazdar SourceOne.
-
All the companies we use for WB make a product
-
Yes Wilflex has it in there Oasis system. Its pretty cool stuff. Super expensive, but they may send you a free quart sample if you ask for it. depending on your suppler. I've used a little and its fun to play around with but my market doesn't really have a need for it.

Most here probably don't know or remember that the very first open and closed cell puffs were waterbased. Plastisol came later. Suede is open cell
-
Matsui's is called Foaming Binder.
For the best effect of suede use a clear stretch base to seal the fabric and as a base for the area that will have the suede effect.
