Just saw the Wilflex one.  That stuff rocks.  Rutland has one as well I believe.

I believe Magna has a base called suede foam for that mock flock look. Check with Nazdar SourceOne.

Yes Wilflex has it in there Oasis system. Its pretty cool stuff. Super expensive, but they may send you a free quart sample if you ask for it. depending on your suppler. I've used a little and its fun to play around with but my market doesn't really have a need for it.

Most here probably don't know or remember that the very first open and closed cell puffs were waterbased. Plastisol came later. Suede is open cell

Matsui's is called Foaming Binder.

For the best effect of suede use a clear stretch base to seal the fabric and as a base for the area that will have the suede effect.
