Does anyone print over the seam and it look good? I have a few customers that have been asking about it. I have tried before but it has always looked bad. Build up on the shirt. Any suggestions?

Discharge is the answer.

the top shoulder seam is a nightmare to print over. Even discharge will leave a deposit. You have to use a soft substrate and alot of pressure. I hope its only one color. Good luck and I hope your charging for it.

Neoprene is the way..

Discharge will work well but you could also try thinning the ink a little bit with a soft hand additive depending the ink you are using and the shirt color. Obviously you wouldn't want to do that if you want bright white on a black shirt. On our allover pallets, we use a 1/4" neoprene so it has a little give when printing over the seam and that usually works well.
