What I need/All I need:
A platform to upload a proof that the client can view.
The client can ONLY approve their proof via a signature on the proof.
The client has a DENY option, and a way to send back requested revision.
Email notifications to client and service rep when proof is sent, and approved or denied.
We only need files hosted until they are denied/approved. It does not need to be a cloud storage system for us.
Does this even exist? Where could I find something like this? I have checked out ProofMe, but it's still a little more than what we are looking for.
Any help appreciated!

welcome aboard!
I think you can set that up through Adobe. You can share art and have notes and approval documented. If you are paying for the CC, it's already included in your package.
DISCLAIMER: I looked it few years back and did not use it, things might be different now. . .
