I have a RapidTag and have put about 60k neck labels on shirts with it. But I'm looking for something a little beefier with more options for pressures and angles of squeegees. Is the prodigy from anatol the only "upgrade" from what I have?
-
i'm pretty sure Sroq has a custom option they can build.
Danny can confirm.

The Roq Nano I believe is what it's called. Would definitely be a good option.

You are right Anatol's Prodigy is built for heavy duty use and soon to be available in an all - electric model !

In all honesty, all the Rapid needs is a better squeegee blade, that stock one they use if to tall and it's single duro.
I got a shop here with 6 of them and each does 10k or more per day each for the last 5 years i've known them and they were there well before I knew them.
So your 60k is what they do in a single day with theirs. The machine is perfect for what it does, print tags.

The Roq one is overpriced. It is probably without doubt the most robust option, but we are talking tags here! If I would do it again, I'd go with the machine OTS has. They made the Cutlass that Workhorse sold.

Unfortunately, the ots site just has drawn pics of the units. Seems pretty sketchy

I don't have details but there's Italian machine that pad prints.
I import shirts fom India, they use transfers.

We looked at the OTS machine before just going with a RapidTag. OTS is definitely heavier duty.
Like many have said before about the RapdiTag, it does what it's meant to; it prints tags.

How do you guys with rapidtags print white on black shirts?

tags don't require opacity like 'regular' prints do. You really want to strive for a print that is barely there.

Reduced, plus a slightly increased flash time.
