The used 4900 that I picked up cheap finally bit the dust. I got it cheap enough that I don't feel it's worth fixing.
So, What's the next logical step for printing 17" roll film? T3270?
We are small time, only 50-75 screens a month but growing.

Chris at Zoo had some issues with his T3270 and had to send it back. 4900 is not very reliable so by default 4880 is the winner. The added benefit is they are getting pretty cheap!

Others are doing ok with the t3270 I think we just have sh!t luck with equipment sometimes. Our issue was hardware related without a doubt or at least I hope so for the other users out there.
Grabbed another 4800 ironically after thinking new was going to be nicer.

4800 is cheaper, but I am starting to see some material fatigue and parts failing on them. Thus the 4880 preference, but either will work you just MIGHT get few more years out of a 4880.

Yep, go 4880 if possible. I just take whatever I can grab that's near enough to ship or pickup, haha.

You can try the epson P800 17" roll printing. I believe it's a bunch cheaper then the T3270
