Ordered their numbers 2 weeks ago.. they worked so much better then the transfer express ones.
Ordered alot of names and numbers on monday for a job this weekend. Well got an email today stating that they had a production problem. and they were sending out a day later. Well that means i do not get them in time for the customers event this weekend.
I tried calling, emailing, you name it...no response...nada, nothing. Its a 3 day ship and i need it sooner, but i can not contact them in any form to tell them that.
I spent $200 on numbers and names, my dillemma is to spend the same amount with transfer express and overnight it? Then i am out the $$ from F&M..
WTF?

Any upstanding industry supplier will probably let you off of your obligation (accepting the order) since they didn't fulfill theirs (timely delivery)
In my experience, with time sensitive deliveries like shirts for events, even UPS glitches were still grounds for refusal/returns on their dime.

If you want to give them the benefit of the doubt, consider a major computer system meltdown, affecting orders, deliveries, and communications. (like when my cable company messes up, LOL!)

I'm assuming you paid with a credit card?
Do what you need to to do to take care of the customer (ie order from Transfer Xpress).
Send an e-mail to F&M stating I tried calling...etc please cancel the order as it was time sensitive and due to your (their) error you will have to source them elsewhere, please refund...
If they don't refund you dispute it with you credit card company. Your cc company will take care of you.
But hopefully there is a reasonable explanation and they reach out to you.

finally got a response from 3 people..LOL..
they said i would have on friday...so its a 3 hour turn to get the numbers and names on the shirts.

F&M does not typically guarantee a shipping dates.....For me they have done pretty well but that have been late a few times....I rarely cut it that close on an order....Good luck....
