Title: UA sac pacs
Post by: Croft on April 20, 2016, 01:24:18 PM
We have a larger UA sac pac order here and have been having some problems with them in the past year,
they were always 100%  nylon and printed great with Wilflex one step nylon ink, then we had some that dye migrated bad all of a sudden they were polyester fabric
so we changed up to poly inks with decent result , now there coming "Labelled"  to us as 100% poly and some 50% nylon/50% poly,  and even some of there printing is changing colour.
The last batch we printed with Epic performance poly ink and they were fine but after a bit of use the logo can scratch off Arghh!.

So my question
Should I or can I add nylabond additive to a low temp cure poly ink such as wilflex epic performance  ?   so I can cover off both poly and nylon and probably a coating on some of the fabrics.

I would do that. I would also test each kind of bag before proceeding. I am paranoid like that.
