Have a client that for budget and design reasons needs to emulate the look of gold vinyl but with ink. Searching here and on google it looks like there are a few options that more or less will fit the bill, but I have not printed with any of them. Would love first hand feedback on any of the following:
Wilflex Epic Liquid Gold
One Stroke 180 Series Liquid Gold
IC Metallic Gold
WM Plastics Metallic Gold
Hard to find printed examples on google that show how they actually look on a shirt, but basically I am trying to match the Easyweed Standard Gold, which is a little shiny, but not the super crazy mirrored look, and definitely NOT a glitter effect.
Thoughts?

Looking like I am going to get the Wilflex option. Any thoughts, Bueller?

Here are a few photos of the Wilflex 10989PFXLG EPIC LIQUID GOLD. One is simple draw down. The other two are closeups printed on fabric.

Thanks!

If you really want to get it more like the look of Easyweed, generous deposit, pressed (or rolled or ironed)
Remember as well, that true metallics will tarnish unless overprinted with a clear coat. (a big reason, I'm pretty sure for the development and popularity of shimmers)

Never been a fan of the liquid gold. The Union silver is OK and I'm sure others are good, but it all tarnish to fast for my liking.

A clear foil heat seal on top will improve shine and prevent tarnishing no matter which ink you use

I'll send you some Rutland Gold powder if you want to try it. Stuff looks like foil when printed. Not sure if that is the look you are wanting. Just let me know.

I'll post picks soon of the printed Wilflex Epic Liquid Gold. It looks incredible!
