Title: Sign Blazer software?

I have an ancient PCut vinyl cutter that was running on an old pc that passed away.  I know SignBlazer doesn't exist anymore, but does anyone have an install for it?
I'd like to cut a few pieces of vinyl for personal use but have no way to run the plotter.

I figured this would be outside the asking for something pirated since SignBlazer is defunct as of 2008. Please delete if I'm wrong.

Is there no way to (easily) salvage the stuff installed on the old PC's hard drive?
