Title: tighter screens on larger statics

currently, I'm getting my 25x36 statics from my regular supplier that has a nice recycling program on popped screens.  Just wondering if there are other suppliers that specifically cater to higher end statics.  I know that the more mesh you have on a frame, the bigger chance of the middle of the print flexing.  Should I be spending more for better tensioning on my larger frames? my customer who is wanting more and more of the larger prints has 5-6 color designs and I can't afford to be off on the registration.  thoughts?

All I know is Spot color Supply has some of the tightest stretched statics I have ever used.  Give them a call, Im sure they could help you out.

the bigger the screen gets, the more important mesh tension and stability become to maintain registration across the entire print area.
